91快活林

This page applies only to F-1 or J-1  International Students at the 91快活林. No other 91快活林 students are eligible.

Requirements and Eligibility

1. Health insurance through 91快活林 is required for ALL international students on a F-1 or J-1 Visa.
2. F-1 students on post-completion OPT are encouraged to have health insurance, but it is not required. (the 91快活林 program does not provide coverage for students on OPT)
3. Health insurance fees will be automatically charged each semester to the student account at the time of class registration. 
   1. Fall semester charges cover 5 months (August 1 through December 31).
   2. Spring semester charges cover 7 months (January 1 through July 31).
4. The insurance fee and benefits may vary from year to year.
5. The insurance fees are charged by policy open enrollment period and are non-refundable.
